PRISM Method Healing Session

For those seeking deeper healing, The PRISM Method Healing Session offers a unique and powerful experience. This immersive session weaves together multiple modalities, including Reiki, Thai massage techniques, Touch for Heath, intuitive bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy techniques, Chinese Meridian Theory, shamanic practices, somatic breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and guided meditation. Offered in 90 or 120 minutes of transformative healing session.
What to Expect:
This is not a traditional massage, but rather a holistic healing experience that incorporates gentle bodywork, mindful manipulation and therapeutic touch. Sessions may include aromatherapy, sound healing, energy work, clearing and balancing practices, guided meditation, and shamanic elements. You will remain (un)dressed to your comfort level while resting on a massage table, allowing your body and nervous system to fully relax and receive.
Reiki Energy Healing Session
Unlike traditional massage, Reiki sessions are conducted fully clothed while you rest comfortably on a massage table.
What to Expect:
My sessions are gentle, intuitive, and designed to offer deep relaxation and rejuvenation—supporting balance and harmony across mind, body, and spirit. Using soft touch and energy manipulation techniques, I help release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and restore your natural energy flow.
Whether you’re experiencing physical discomfort, emotional stress, or simply seeking a sense of inner peace and well-being, Reiki energy healing can provide the restorative care you deserve.
Service Trade Session
This appointment option is specifically reserved for fellow service industry professionals with whom a service trade has been prearranged. Please only select this option if we have previously discussed and agreed upon a service exchange.
