Offered in 90 or 120 minutes of transformative healing session.

What to Expect:

This is not a traditional massage, but rather a holistic healing experience that incorporates gentle bodywork, mindful manipulation and therapeutic touch. Sessions may include aromatherapy, sound healing, energy work, clearing and balancing practices, guided meditation, and shamanic elements. You will remain (un)dressed to your comfort level while resting on a massage table, allowing your body and nervous system to fully relax and receive.

Distance Reiki Session

Reiki Energy transcends the constraints of time and space. In a Distance Reiki Session, our practitioner will skillfully channel the healing energy of Reiki, directing it towards you for your highest and greatest good. Prior to the session, she will connect with you to gather the necessary information. While it is beneficial for you, as the recipient, to set aside the designated time in a quiet, comfortable space free from distractions, it is not entirely necessary. Even if you are unable to do so, rest assured that the energy will still be sent to you. Following the session, the practitioner will reach out to discuss any questions you may have.

Youth/Teen Reiki Session

Growing up presents its challenges; being a kid is tough, and navigating the teenage years comes with its own set of difficulties. The obstacles faced by today’s youth are unparalleled in history. Recognizing the value of relaxation and self-care, as opposed to solely succumbing to the relentless onslaught of instant gratification bombarding today’s children, can help alleviate the trials of adolescence.
